For 31 years, International Reggae Day has celebrated the culture, legacy and sound that began in Kingston, Jamaica 'where big tings start' and captivated the world. But in 2025, we’re doing more than celebrating... we’re reclaiming.
With airplay shrinking and the roots of Reggae dimming from view, we’re shifting course. This year is a global rallying cry to reignite the message,
amplify the sound and elevate the voices that matter.
Whether you're an artiste in Kingston, a selector in Soweto, a radio station in Nassau, a band in Bogota, a fan in Tokyo, a sound system in Berlin or an online Reggae platform or community -
